About the work:
A variation on my favorite little characters against a vibrant background – a tribute to A. Chedid, who so beautifully said, "Poetry awaits only our gaze" – In this work, I blended acrylics, collage, oil pastels, and ink to create a space where the figurative meets the abstract. The vibrant colors and naive forms evoke a pop-art energy, while the gaze of my subject invites contemplation. Each line and color reveals a passion, a raw emotion. This canvas is a dialogue between the viewer and my artistic universe, a celebration of visual poetry.
