In the moment, doing what I like, such is the inspiration of this painting and these words which resonate within me: In spite of myself Hired against my will in the ideas factory I refused to point Mobilized in the same way in the army of ideas I deserted I never understood much There is never much Not a small thing There is something else It's what I like that pleases me And what I do J. Prévert In this work, I painted over rich textures with acrylic, collage, sand, and ink, creating an intense emotional landscape. The semi-abstract and the symbolic blend to passionately express an inner struggle, a dichotomy between what is and what could be.
